Ceiling light boxes Assembling instruction

Please prepare the material in parts list 2 before assembling. Tools involved： electric

screwdriver、staircase、diagonal pliers.

Step 1 Assemble the frame

1. Connect the aluminum frame with an L iron sheet, and screw it with a countersunk screw ：

Step 2 Fix the backboard (fireproof plate)

With the self-tapping screw B, screw it from inside, the distance between 2 screws

should be less than 20cm：

Step 3 Fix the keel

Screw the keel with a self-drilling screw, to connect the 4 pieces of fireproof plate, the

distance between 2 screws should be less than 20cm：

Step 4 LED board screwing

With the self-tapping screw A：

Caution!!!

A. See as above, spread the LED in the box. There should be at least 2 screws for each LED

board（there are 4 holes for screwing）.

B. There are 8 groups of LED board, please drill a hole for each group, for wiring.

C. The LED board is all for DC12V, please wire the LED to the LED driver first (details as

below), then electrical to AC100-240V. There are 8 LED drivers for each set.

Step 5 Install the lighting box with pendant chain sets

Step 6 Fix the ceiling and driver connection

caution： need 4 people and 1 electrician.

Step 7 UV film assembling

Ceiling light boxes Remark

1. Keep hands clean;

2. Please attention to the front and back sides of uv film;

3. Push the 4 corners first, then spread to the center;

4. Please press it inch by inch, instead of pushing fleetly, to keep it smooth of the film.

5. Please intenerate the film with a hot air blower, while the film is too small for the

frame.
